Q: Why are your Canadian and US prices the same, what about exchange rates?
A: We use separate suppliers for both countries to simplify shipping, customs and duties charges. We have been able to negotiate similar pricing however. So, even though we are showing just one web site for viewing and ordering, when you click the cart button, it is as if you are being directed to your country specific web site location.
Q:How long will it take to get my photograph?
A: All our photographs are printed as ordered. We do not mass produce any images. Printing is normally done in 4 business days. Deliver is by FedEx ground which is the least expensive, and will take another 4 days to make it across the country.
Production and delivery times are the same for the US, as we have a US based facility that will print and deliver the photograph to you, eliminating the time delays of items having to go through customs.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee?
A: Absolutely. If for any reason, when you receive the photograph, and you are not happy with it, we will either exchange it for a different photograph, or simply refund your money. 
All we ask is that when you receive your photograph, that you hold on to the packaging until you are satisfied, and use that packaging to return the item.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: As we said, keep the packaging, and repack it for pickup by FedEx. Email us with your request, and we will contact FedEx here on our end.

Q: What if the person I am giving this to as a gift does not like the photograph?
A: Again, no problem. Suggest they visit the website and choose a different photograph. 
Because in this case there is nothing physically wrong with the photograph, there will be a minor handling/restocking fee to cover processing and delivery charges. 
This amount will be sent to you, not the final recipient, because after all, it is a gift.
Depending where you live, we will send you an estimate before starting the process.

Q: Can you bill me, but deliver the photograph to a different address?
A: Of course. When you fill out the contact info, simply let us know where to ship the photograph.
